Return Policy
Items purchased from OutofSouthAfrica.com can, in most cases, be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. During this period, you can test the product and check it as you would in a physical store. The product must still be in its original condition and must not be damaged in any way. The product may only be removed from the packaging if it is not sealed.
How to Make a Return
If you wish to return an item, you must inform us. Please fill out the return form on our website or use the sample withdrawal form provided below. You can also inform us about your return via email at office@outofsouthafrica.com.
Please note that you must return the items to us within 14 days of notifying us of the return.
Processing Your Return
After we receive your return, we will inspect the returned item and begin processing your refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase unless you requested an alternative refund method. We will issue your refund within **7 days**.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following types of products cannot be returned:
- Products that are custom-made according to the customer's specifications (special orders).
- Perishable goods or products with limited shelf life (e.g., food).
- Products that cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons (e.g., personal care products).
- Sealed products that cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.
- Magazines or periodicals.
- Purchases made by business customers (B2B contracts).
